LARC House: A Recovery Residence with Peer Support.
LARC House is affordable supportive housing in South LA where all Pathways of Recovery are embraced. In order to keep our residents and our community safe, rules and boundaries must be respected. We are committed to helping those who want to be helped.We currently have a one bedroom ADU with 2 beds for individuals who identify as women, ages 18+. Systems-impacted individuals are welcome to apply.Applicants must:
Be 30 days drug & alcohol free (be prepared with documentation or reference from treatment/organization).Remain alcohol and drug free.Commit to at least 3 months in the LARC House (residents can stay up to 48 months).Work a recovery program and work with a recovery coach/mentor within a week of residency to create & begin working a recovery plan.Pay housing and program fees on time weekly.Adhere to all LARC House Rules.
